Appelusa McGlynn is a former Bronze Medal World Champion artistic roller skater, skating coach, health coach, sound healer, and BreathFit instructor. She earned a BAAS from Maharishi University studying higher states of consciousness, Maharishi Yoga, and Ayurveda. As a certified somatic breathwork facilitator, she teaches the benefits of coherent breathing and intermittent hypoxia training. Appelusa is a certified health detective through Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, helping people with chronic health complaints feel better through comprehensive investigation and personalized coaching. Additionally, Appelusa is certified in Biofield Tuning, Vibrational Fascia Release, Reiki, and Biofeedback. Ayurveda is the science of self-healing. As Ayurveda teaches, to support others in their healing, you must authentically engage in your own.

As we know from physics, everything vibrates. The human physiology is an orchestra of information. Everything in the body works in rhythms and waves. At times something can become ‘out-of-tune,' resulting in noise or static in the biofield. Coherent frequency in the form of tuning forks can entrain the static and dissonance in the biofield and bring the instrument (our body) back into tune.

VIBRATIONAL FASCIA RELEASE TECHNIQUE (VFRT)

Pain relief and mobility resolution through the body's fascia network. VFRT focuses mainly on the soft “connective” tissue of the body where pain and restriction is a result of collagen fascia fibers and pressurized fluids working together to press against pain receptors, pinch or compress nerve bundles, reduce blood flow, and prevent the lymphatic system from removing fluids from these enclosed “interstitial” spaces. We use a combination of vibration and compression from the tuning fork to directly affect the collagen fascia fibers and compressed fluids where the restriction either “releases” or “resolves” completely to return a restricted area back to normal function.

Reiki is an ancient hands on healing technique using the life force energy from the practitioner's hands, to promote the healing response in the client. When your life energy is low, it is more difficult to deal with stress; you may not sleep well, and you're more susceptible to illness. When your life energy is strong, you feel strong, can more easily deal with stress, and less likely to get sick. Reiki is a technique that increase a person's supply of life energy.

I had no idea about biofield tuning but was completely a tune to the benefits of this non-invasive practice that made me aware of where my energies are blocked and not having to do anything but allow the tuning forks and Appel’s intuitive and knowledgeable experience to take me from my past right into the future with active childhood memories that were still controlling my present life choices.
